View of the Petronas Towers from the Menara KL Tower!

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

This communication tower reaches with its antenna 421 m (1381 ft.) and is one of the tallest towers in the World. You can have dinner in a restaurant that has beautiful views of the city, or just visit the observatory floor, some kind of museum with a 360 degree view of the city! Of course, everyone look for the Petronas Towers! Fernando

Yep! No matter how tight your schedule is, make sure you get a morning to wake up early and set an appointment to go up to the highest bridge in the World connecting two buildings. There is something about the experience and realizing the technological and technical marvel behind the creation of this bridge. And even though is pretty high, no sense of insecurity or instability ever crossed my mind... it was fantastic! Some intersting description of the project is at wikipedia: "The towers feature a skybridge (constructed by Kukdong Engineering & Construction) between the two towers on 41st and 42nd floors, which is the highest 2-story bridge in the world. The bridge is 170m above the ground and 58 m long. The same floor is also known as the podium, since visitors desiring to go to higher levels have to change elevators here. The skybridge is open to all visitors, but free passes (limited to 1700 people per day) must be obtained on a first-come, first-served basis. The Skyway is closed on Mondays. Visitors are allowed to go only on the 41st floor as the 42nd floor is used only by the tenants of the building. The skybridge also acts as a safety device, so that in the event of a fire or other emergency in one tower, tenants can evacuate by crossing the skyway to the other tower. However, the total evacuation triggered by a bomb hoax on September 12, 2001 (the day after the September 11 attacks destroyed the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City) showed that the bridge would not be useful if both towers need to be emptied simultaneously, and the capacity of the staircases was insufficient for such an event. Plans thus call for the elevators to be used if both towers need to be evacuated, and a successful drill following the revised plan was conducted in 2005." Fernando

One of the most famous buildings in the World, designed by Cesar Pelli. Climb to the bridge that connects these twin towers and get a great view of Kuala Lumpur. The most amazing thing is to see them and walk around them at night, all perspectives are sculptural and inspiring!!! You have to go! Fernando
